It’s great to see new people taking part in our #BeABinner competition every time we do it. If you don’t already know (and I’m sure you do by now!), all you have to do to take part is to pick up some rubbish, take a photo, put it in the bin (the rubbish not the photo), and tweet us @RunnersVRubbish with the hashtag #BeABinner.
This time round we’ve seen some fantastic binning efforts. Here are just a few… Follow the hashtag to see them all!
Honourable mentions also going to Ali Dolphin for stopping during a fell race to pick up rubbish, and Graham Atkinson for getting out today in the horrible weather in Lancashire. But, who’s the winner this time? First let’s have a look at the prize… Donated by Ski Club GB, we have this awesome Ortovox Powder Rider ski backpack.
And the winner is…
The Rubbish Runner!
He’s a new arrival in the twittersphere, but since joining on New Year’s Day, he’s picked up a huge amount of rubbish.
Congratulations TheRubbishRunner! We’ll be in touch to arrange getting your prize to you.
As always huge thanks to everyone to took part, please keep it up and look out for the next round of #BeABinner, we’ve still got loads of prizes to give away (including another Ortovox pack, so if you’re a keen skier looking for one of the best backcountry packs out there, you know what to do…)
