Join our ShAFF event on Friday 9th July – Plogging at the Sky’s Edge
As some parts of life slowly start to look like they used to again, we are delighted to see that Sheffield Adventure Film Festival is back. ShAFF is a fantastic event, and this year there are some great films and events.

We’re now based in Cornwall but we are delighted to be returning to the Showroom cinema for an event on the evening of Friday 9th July. It’s called “Plogging at the Sky’s Edge”, and even if you don’t get the Richard Hawley reference you are very welcome!
8pm Friday 9th July – click here and join us!
We’ll start from the Showroom cinema at 8pm (meet a few minutes beforehand). We will run though Sheaf Valley park, up to Skye Edge fields, then return to the Showroom via the Cholera Monument. We’ll pick up rubbish along the way, and will be back in time to grab a drink and settle in for the Run Films 1 screening at 9.

Runners against Rubbish will lead the way and will provide bin bags and gloves. You’ll need running kit appropriate for the weather and a willingness to get stuck in and help keep Sheffield beautiful! To ensure a Covid-safe event please wear a mask when within 2m of other participants, and please do not join the event if you have any Covid symptoms. We will bring gloves and hand sanitiser will be available.
